Brings Back Memories by tg88 on April 17, 2012

I will admit, the overall gameplay is very lacking. I remember playing this game back when I was somewhere around 6 or 7 and I was blown away at the fact that it was "real people" (quite a sight for a kid who'd only played stuff like Super Mario on SNES) and even found the zombies somewhat creepy. The version I played back in the day was on Sega Saturn which had extra features, such as zombies popping up directly infront of you, which created a good startle factor the first couple of times it happened. I can't say it's the worst game I've ever played, but it's certainly not the best. Glad I got to relive some childhood memories with this, but unless you can relate, you may not get much out of this. Definitely worth a play though, especially if you like zombie games.
Great game for the era by solarinverse on July 4, 2009

The game has interesting plot but basic. Not real action packed but still a fun game that leaves you wanting more. The zombies could have been better as could the game play. You do have to remember when this game came out that there was nothing like it.
One of my all time favorite Zombie Games!!! by sabuisgod6 on February 5, 2009

Really Corpse Killer and even the sega cd/3do systems where just to ahead of there times!!! This game is absolutely brilliant! The game play is as easy as could be and the story line is very well thought out. You will never ever find another Zombie game like this EVER and the girl you have to help get photos for the magazine she works for or whatever is HOT!!! Now that's well worth it right there!!!
So bad, it's almost good by boggle73 on October 7, 2008
Corpse killer is a terrible game, we will be clear on that from the start, but at the same time it sums up perfectly what the sega cd tried to be, and how it failed. The aim: shoot the undead to kill them (makes complete sense!) in a time crisis style manner. But nowhere near as good. This is closer to operation wolf - also a better game, geez - duck hunt is better than this. The game has truly awful lofi grainy full motion scrolling backgrounds with FMV sequences tacking proceedings together with some of the worst and most cliched acting you'll ever see. As the title says this is almost worth playing to see how bad games get. But not quite.
