Even my favorite is KOF '97, I still feel enjoy to play KOF '99.
One thing that make me impressed is K', cos he's cool. I know he moves slow, but in the other side he's deadly. At the first time I played this game, I need to get used to with the new evading moves that make our character to hop back forward (it irritates me for the first time).
But hey, overall this game is cool you know.
