Very interesting hack.
Albeit a 1 stage hack (Everything else remains untouched)
The first stage's name is "Murder Mario"
They replaced the enemies with Mario characters and they seem mostly to be coloured correctly, however palette wise black seems to be replaced by grey.
Mickie and Minnie have different graphics too.
They even included the Mario Question blocks.
If you're a hardcore fan of Mario and Mickie as well, I would say take a look at this.
