While this game is a solid cart, it has too many similarities to Evander Holyfield Boxing. You do the same things by creating your boxer, and bringing him through the ranks, finally after you win the championship, you go through fighting the greatest heavyweights to ever live: Rocky Marciano, Muhammed Ali, Evander Holyfield, etc, etc.
There are some great moments, like all of a sudden Ali says: "I'm so Pretty!" and then attempts to hit you with a flurry of punches, several other boxers do the same, but thats it.
The game, like Holyfield's, definitely has a pattern to it, hit low wear down his body, then use his head as a punching bag. Kinda like shampoo directions:
Lather, Rinse.....Repeat.
It is a fun game and should give you about twenty hours(Maybee) of game play, but in the end, it's like Holyfield Boxing Part two |
